What people usually ask before they book.

Up to 300 seated or 500 standing. The in-floor seating reconfigures, so the same room can host a sit-down dinner for 300 — or open up for a 500-person cocktail party — without ever changing venues.
You bring your own caterer from our preferred-vendor list. That means you pick the food, the style, and the price point. We work directly with your caterer on load-in and setup so you don’t have to.
Bar service runs through us — our two custom-built bars are staffed by our team. We’ll work with you on package options (open bar, cash bar, hosted by hour, etc.) when we connect.
Use of the main floor, upstairs bar, VIP room, and lobby. Setup and teardown. A/V — projector, sound system, customizable LED lighting. Climate control. Five renovated bathrooms. Parking access. Our in-house staff running the night.
Yes. The marquee on Madison Road is included with your rental. We’ll put the names, message, or event title up for the day — and yes, it photographs beautifully.
Saturday-night dates in peak season (May–October, December) book out 6–12 months ahead. Friday and Sunday dates are often available with shorter notice. Send us your target date and we’ll tell you what’s open.
Yes. On-site parking plus nearby Oakley street parking. Easy access from I-71 and walkable from the Oakley business district — easier on guests than downtown venues.
Yes — and we highly recommend it. Photos don’t do the chandeliers justice. Tours are available Monday–Friday during office hours. Request one through the form above or call (513) 731-8000.
