A restored 1941 Art Deco theater in Oakley — your names on the marquee, a dedicated coordinator running the day, and ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all under one roof.
Hotel ballrooms feel rented. Barns feel done. We’re a third option — a real Cincinnati landmark, a venue with a story, and a team that’s run hundreds of weddings without ever making it feel like a wedding factory.
Eight 84-inch crystal chandeliers. Original 1941 murals. An Art Deco marquee out front you can put your names on. Save the floral budget — the venue does the heavy lifting.
Ceremony in the theater, cocktails at the upstage bar, dinner on the main floor, dancing till close — same room, same building. Your guests never get back in their cars.
You get a dedicated on-site coordinator from booking through the last dance. Setup, teardown, vendor coordination, day-of timeline — handled by our in-house team. You show up and get married.
Great venue. The convenience is amazing. The staff is great and works well with you. I love that they want my day to go perfectly, so they do anything and everything to make it perfect.
From the moment your guests pull up to the marquee until the last song — every part of your day happens in the same room, with the same team running it.
Your guests pull up to Madison Road and see your names in lights on the original Art Deco marquee. The first wedding photo is the venue itself.
Set the theater for a seated ceremony — up to 300 guests under eight crystal chandeliers, with restored murals behind you. No tent, no folding chairs in a parking lot.
While you take portraits in the venue's most photographed spots, guests move to the upstairs bar with custom cocktails. Two bars staffed by our team. No catering bottleneck.
The Cincinnati wedding reception venue that doesn't need a tent or a transfer bus. Our flexible in-floor seating reconfigures the room from ceremony to seated dinner to open dance floor — without ever asking your guests to leave. Customizable LED lighting in your colors.
VIP room with pool table for the close family + bridal party. Bars stay open through the final song. Then our team handles teardown — you and your people just go home.
1941 Art Deco interior, restored detail by detail. Eight chandeliers. The marquee. The bar your bridesmaids will gather at for the first toast.

Saturdays in May, September, and October book out 12+ months in advance. Send us your dream date and we’ll tell you what’s open.
Cincinnati wedding venue availability for 2026, 2027, and 2028 — most venues are booked 12 to 18 months out. We’re not most venues. Because every wedding here runs through a dedicated coordinator — not a wedding-mill assembly line — we can build a beautiful day on a 60-, 90-, or 120-day timeline. Select Fridays, Sundays, and intimate-ceremony dates remain open across all three years.
Limited Saturdays. Open Fridays, Sundays, and weekday ceremonies. Intimate weddings under 125 guests have the most flexibility.
Tell us your date (or window), guest count, and what you’re picturing. We’ll come back within one business day with availability and tour times.
Walk through the room with your coordinator. See where the ceremony chairs go, where the dance floor sits, where you’ll stand for the first kiss.
From booking to the last dance — your coordinator handles vendor coordination, day-of timeline, setup, and teardown. You and your partner get to actually enjoy it.

Every wedding at the theater runs through Sharon — from your first tour to your last dance. She handles vendor coordination, day-of timeline, setup and teardown, and the dozen small things that go sideways at every wedding. By the day of, she’ll know your timeline, your vendors, your guest count, and the song you picked for the first dance.
Your job is to get married. Mine is the rest.— Sharon Penker
Tell us about the wedding. We’ll respond with availability for your date, a starting walk-through of how your day would run, and a tour time that fits.
Send your details or call directly — Sharon and our wedding team respond personally during office hours.
