Up to 300 seated or 500 standing. Our in-floor seating system reconfigures the room for theater, banquet rounds, conference rows, or open cocktail in the same building — so you can run a presentation and a reception without changing venues.
You bring your own caterer from our preferred-vendor list. That means you choose the food, the price point, and the style — and you’re not locked into one in-house kitchen. We coordinate the load-in and setup with your caterer directly.
Use of the main floor, upstairs bar, VIP room, and lobby. Professional setup and teardown. State-of-the-art A/V — projector, sound system, and customizable LED lighting. Both custom-built bars and bar staff coordination. Climate control. Five renovated bathrooms. Parking access. Our in-house events team running the room.
Yes. The upgraded marquee out front on Madison Road is included with the rental. We’ll put your company name, event title, or welcome message up for the day. Great for client-facing events, launches, and arrivals.
Depends on the date. Holiday-season Fridays and Saturdays book out 6+ months in advance. Mid-week and shoulder-season dates are often available within 30–60 days. Submit an inquiry with your target date and we’ll tell you exactly what’s open.
Yes. Parking is available on-site and on nearby Oakley streets. We’re a short drive from I-71 and walkable from the Oakley Square business district — easier for your team to reach than downtown venues.
